Essential Functions
Individual will be responsible for daily call center support for worldwide support for company IT related issues. Primary responsibilities will be IT based phone supporting end user for infrastructure and application issues.
•Responds to initial inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems
•Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users
•Takes responsibility for problem resolution, escalating as necessary
•Logs all activities
•Update problem resolution database
Qualifications
Candidate needs a broad range of IT experience and customer service skills. Windows and PC hardware knowledge are essential. Communications, patience and people skills must be excellent. Familiarity with help desk software tools and the application support for SAP is desired. Requires 2 years help desk experience
Education/ Key Skills:
Certifications such as A+, MCP, MCSE are preferred
